For the first time ever, I felt a part of something bigger. I made friends and I gained confidence that I had never had before. Just four months later I spent four weeks in Sydney studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy Ⓡ and Coaching. When I learnt about the brain and human behaviours, values and personality types. I couldn’t help but reflect on who I was. I had spent so long wanting to heal the world and now I realised I needed to do some inner work first.
